Interim Management...The interim undertakes the assignment in person, becoming part of the senior management team or board for defined period. He or she is leader and makes sure that “know how” transferred to less experienced clients team. It is mentor’s role and advice is not the only job of the interim. Implement, setup, test, feedback, execute and support are the processes that interim initiates and brings to the end. Our interim’s work is the closed cycle leaving no open ends or problems to solve to someone else. This cycle implements the quality system and it is there for you to evaluate and control ongoing work and future expansions or modifications. Specific sector knowledge, personality and support system is the key to success of our interims.
We stand by the idea of responsible management, problem oriented quality management, management that makes difference in the company, management that makes sure that things done, management that follows hard budgetary lines, management that enables real market solutions work for you and your company.
The demand oriented exporters and strategic planners approaching the world market face issues that we lay at foundations of our solution oriented methodology.
The concept of interim management arose during the 1970s in the Netherlands, where permanent employees protected by long notice periods and companies faced large costs for terminating employees. Interim management provides highly skilled temporary managers, who offer their services via either an interim management agency or their own company and so are not employees of the organization contracting their services. Today the interim management concept has now taken root in the UK, Germany, and Belgium, and is spreading elsewhere, most notably in Australia, the US, France, and Ireland.
